About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Relations Manager to join our team at Unispace. As a key member of our Client Relations team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the EMEA strategy to build strong client relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deploy Client Relations Strategy: Collaborate with Business Development to enhance insights, analytics, and project-specific strategies.
  • Lead and Build Capability: Ensure alignment with Unispace's culture, values, and behaviors within the local Client Relations team.
  • Map and Manage Key Client Relationships: Ensure ongoing profitability, client satisfaction, and retention.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators: Analyze Client Relations Program (CRP) data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement Risk Management Plans: Support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and ensure effective risk management.
About You
  • Experience in Client-Facing Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working Knowledge of Contract Language and Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
  • Pitching and Presenting to High-Level Clients: Experience presenting to high-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Commercial Awareness and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial design practices and procurement processes.
