Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to lead our Private Clients division in the South region. This position reports directly to the Head of Private Clients and involves close collaboration with national and regional teams to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure financial performance aligns with the established regional budget.
- Deliver exceptional and consistent regional outcomes based on defined performance metrics, including:
- Management of complaints
- Oversight of personal caseload and support for team cases as needed, including:
- Assisting in complaint resolution
- Providing support during staff absences
- Foster a dynamic and engaging work environment.
- Promote staff development by:
- Identifying and facilitating necessary training programs
- Assisting in succession planning by recognizing talent and providing growth opportunities in technical and managerial skills.
- Collaborate with Product Heads to enhance Specialist Practices by:
- Identifying future specialist capabilities in the region
- Drive regional growth by:
- Working alongside the Head of Private Clients to develop Area/Regional Broker/Insurer strategies
- Allocating appropriate resources for managing existing and potential Insurer client accounts.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the private clients loss adjusting sector, coupled with significant team management expertise, including coaching and mentoring capabilities. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with a proven ability to cultivate robust working relationships. The successful individual will take pride in delivering timely outputs, with a keen focus on quality, effective communication, and organizational skills.
