We are in search of a committed and skilled Client Relations Manager to become part of our vibrant team, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service throughout their property journey.

Role Overview:

The Client Relations Manager will be pivotal in nurturing the relationship between our clients and the organization. This position entails guaranteeing elevated levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and providing assistance throughout the property acquisition and ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, promptly and professionally addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve client complaints and issues to uphold high standards of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., sales, construction, finance) to ensure effective resolution of client issues.
  • Develop and implement client care policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor client feedback and generate reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor client care team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Organize and conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze results to inform service enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client care.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in client care, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and resolving complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience with the capacity to train and inspire team members.
