Behavioural Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at The Holt School. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with behavioural needs.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of our Behaviour for Learning Policy. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to students who require additional guidance and behaviour support.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including a grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in maths and English. A strong understanding of child development and behaviour management principles is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide 1:1 support to students with behavioural needs
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
