We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Child Behaviour Specialist to support students with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD at our primary school in Wokingham. If you have a passion for helping children overcome their challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Child Behaviour Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and nurturing environment for all students. Your role will involve supporting students in a Year 6 class, helping them develop essential life skills, and promoting teamwork within the Learning Support department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students' behaviour in the classroom
  • Helping students understand teacher instructions
  • Working one-on-one or in small groups with individual learners
  • Recording and tracking student progress

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
