School Behaviour Specialist

The Holt School is seeking a skilled School Behaviour Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality support to students with behavioural needs.
As a School Behaviour Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our Behaviour for Learning Policy. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans that meet the needs of our students.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including a grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in maths and English. A strong understanding of child development and behaviour management principles is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- To provide 1:1 support to students who require additional guidance and behaviour support
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
