**Job Opportunity: Corporate Receptionist**

We are seeking a talented Corporate Receptionist to join our client's team on a temporary basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sign visitors in and out, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Answer calls and transfer them efficiently, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring smooth and organised operations.
  • Provide overflow support for HR administrative tasks, assisting in creating job advertisements.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as loading the dishwasher and turning the coffee machine on/off.
