We are seeking a talented Corporate Receptionist to join our client's team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, sign them in and out, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Customer Service: Answer calls, transfer them efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Meeting Room Management: Book and manage meeting rooms to ensure smooth and organized operations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with HR admin tasks, such as creating job advertisements, and perform general administrative duties.
