You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of visitors and staff, and providing administrative support to our team. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage the front desk, handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
