Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team at a leading global law firm in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners, working on complex, high-profile matters with an international client base.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Manage diaries and appointments, book travel and accommodation, and assist with invoicing tasks.
- Support client on boarding, maintain and update the document management system, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
