Job Summary:
A Temporary Administrative Support Officer is required to provide administrative support for core functions in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' administration experience, excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with typing of letters, documents and minutes as required.
* Maintain records in accordance with data protection legislation and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
* Prepare reports and presentation slides as needed.
* Process information in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy when uploading or recording information.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the department.
* Coordinate file management and archive systems.
* Attend training and meetings as required.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' administration experience in a busy office environment within the last 3 years.
* 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Mathematics and English Language OR 5 years' relevant experience in a busy office environment.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Effective planning, prioritising, and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
