Clinical Team Lead for Community Healthcare

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at our GP practice in Northampton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical duties of our nursing team, ensuring staff are up-to-date with new training and compliant with surgery goals and aims.
About the Role:
- Leading the clinical duties of the nursing team
- Ensuring staff are up-to-date with new training
- Overseeing a team of 4 nurses
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our practice.
Salary: £26-28 per hour (negotiable higher DOE)
Location: Northampton
Contract Type: Part-time
About Us: Our practice uses SystemOne and has onsite parking.
Requirements:
- SMRs certification
- Immunisation experience
- Long-term conditions management
- Prescribing qualification advantageous
