About the Role

Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Team Member to join our team in Northampton.

Your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring the continuity of services to residents. This will involve assisting residents with all aspects of their personal hygiene, maintaining their dignity and respect at all times.

You will also be responsible for recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high standards of personal care to residents
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks
  • Recognizing and reporting clinical risk areas in residents
  • Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
  • Demonstrated initiative and respect towards residents
  • Efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions
  • Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
