About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Northampton General Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Theatre Team by ensuring that equipment and supplies are readily available for surgeries.
  2. Assist surgeons and anaesthetists with patient care during operations.
  3. Maintain accurate records of patient care and theatre activities.

  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance theatre services.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner qualification.
  • Experience in scrubbing and theatre operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
