Operating Department Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Scrub Nurse/Occupational Duties Practitioner to join Ramsay Health Care Clinical in Kettering. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of patients for surgery, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing support to other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for surgery by assisting the theatre team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the operating department
- Support other members of the theatre team as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
- Experience of working in a theatre or surgical setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Good organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £40,500 - £50,000 per annum.
