Job Title: Senior Theatre Lead
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
We are seeking a skilled Senior Theatre Lead to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes in our theatres.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent patient-focused services and strong organisational skills.
About the Role:
- Provide leadership and guidance to theatre staff to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and safety
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance theatre efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Previous experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery (minimum 2 specialisms)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: £43,000 - £53,000
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
