Theatre Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Nurse to join our team at CV-Library in Northampton, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Theatre Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between phases of treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operating room workflow
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant regulations and standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting open communication and respect for colleagues
Requirements:
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Surgical scrub experience
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character
