Job Title: Care Facility Clinical Lead

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across multiple locations and developing the skills of our nursing staff.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Travel to various locations to provide clinical leadership and guidance
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  3. Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual residents' needs

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality care plans and risk assessments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
