Clinical Social Worker for Children's Services

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare, specializing in Children in Need. This rewarding role involves providing support and care to children and their families through various aspects of treatment.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000-£55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Social Worker, you will:
- Manage a workload as agreed by the Lead Social Worker and MDT.
- Undertake work as agreed in relation to The Mental Health & Mental Capacity Act.
- Prepare and present reports for Mental Health Review Tribunals and Managers Hearings.
- Engage in 1-1 and group work with service users and maintain up-to-date records in clinical notes of all service user contacts.
- Liaise with service users' families/carers and other statutory/voluntary agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of mental health and childcare legislation. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
