Resident Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Resident Support Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible care and support for our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to plan and implement care interventions
  • Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusivity among residents

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Proven experience in senior care roles
