About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Northampton. As a full-time member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve.

Your Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Assisting with daily tasks and following care plans.
  • Ensuring each resident receives individual attention.

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Some experience of caring for older people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A can-do approach and empathy.
