About This Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Your role will involve leading and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You'll also support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews. It's essential to respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Flexibility is key in this role, as hours and days will vary to cover annual leave or sick leave.
