Resident Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeper to join our care home team in Northampton. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the home, including communal and resident private areas.
The ideal candidate will have basic health, safety, and hygiene knowledge, although prior experience is not necessary. We provide career development and training opportunities to support your growth.
This role requires an enhanced DBS certificate and a Children and Adults Barred List check. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults is essential.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the home.

- Assist colleagues in creating a pleasant and homelike environment for residents.
The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 per annum depending on experience.
