About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant to join our team at a CV-Library care home. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.

Your responsibilities may include supporting residents with their daily needs, following personalized care plans, and providing one-to-one time with residents.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need:

  • Experience of caring for older people
  • A can-do approach and excellent communication skills
  • Empathy and a warm-hearted approach
