We are seeking a highly skilled Health Support Specialist to join our team at 21HSC LIMITED in North Ayrshire. As a Health Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting unpaid carers and their families, helping them to navigate the complex health and social care system.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health-related issues, including benefits and entitlements, medication management, and accessing healthcare services. You will also be required to work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that carers receive the best possible care and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the health and social care sector, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable using IT systems to maintain accurate records.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 5% employer pension contribution.
