Job Summary
This Temporary part-time position is based within our Secondary Support Resource at Irvine Royal Academy. As an Education Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and deliver personalized curriculum plans that focus on literacy, numeracy, and health and wellbeing. You will also work collaboratively with internal services and community partners to provide the best outcomes for students in your care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of curriculum planning and delivery. A teaching qualification (GTCS Primary or Secondary registered) is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents will be highly valued.
Estimated Salary: £33,594 - £50,589 per year
