Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Isle of Wight region.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new sales opportunities in your designated area, promoting and developing new business relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Onboard new customers effectively and ensure close working relationships with existing accounts, recording all interactions on our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our distribution centre and drivers to create a strong team working ethos.
- Deliver profitable volume growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor competitor and independent market activity in your area to ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions and insights.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in field sales or account management, who is commercially astute, technically proficient in Excel, and able to build and maintain relationships. A passion for sales and a food background would be an advantage.
