Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new customers.
  • Work closely with our distribution centre and drivers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sales strategies and plans.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
