Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our thriving foodservice business on the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our independent customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in your designated area, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and our products to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our distribution centre and drivers to ensure seamless delivery of our products and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver profitable volume growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel and other sales tools.
