Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Isle of Wight area.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify new sales opportunities in the designated area and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Onboard new customers effectively and ensure close working relationships with existing accounts.
- Work closely with our distribution centre and drivers to create a strong team working ethos.
- Monitor competitor and independent market activity to ensure we are offering our customers the best solutions.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales and is commercially astute. Ideally, you will come from a field sales or account management background and have experience in building and maintaining relationships. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
