Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our thriving foodservice business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our independent customers on the Isle of Wight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in your designated area, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and our products to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work closely with our distribution centre and drivers to ensure seamless delivery of our products and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and provide valuable insights to our customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Technical proficiency in Excel and other sales tools.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
