We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving commercial objectives in your assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with area and product sales forecasts and budgets.
- Manage and motivate franchised dealer staff at all levels to consistently provide excellent customer service and achieve overall divisional objectives.
- Ensure retailers have adequate product and sales training/coaching to support their sales objectives.
- Liaise, plan, and assist with local promotions, shows, and PR to best advantage for the product groups in the area and nationally.
- Collaborate with the dealer network to develop strong manufacturer/dealer partnerships and drive sales growth.
- Relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience of selling and achieving commercial targets in a field-based role.
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including frequent overnight stays.
- Full driving license and proficiency in Excel, intermediate in Word, and PowerPoint.
