Job SummaryThe Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that company products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. This role will oversee quality control procedures, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and report on metrics such as defect rates, customer complaints, and product returns.
Key Responsibilities- Audit internal processes and procedures to maintain local standards.
- Manage, control, and monitor Quality incidents reporting and instigate action where needed, including root cause analysis and CAPA close outs.
- Meet customer needs in all areas of quality-related requests and issues.
- Provide day-to-day review of the Quality Systems and support to the Production Department.
- Monitor and assist the training team with the Nvolve platform.
- Be PC literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns.
