We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our newly formed Welfare Support Team at Reed- UNLIMITED as a Welfare Support Team Lead.

The role involves leading a specialist team that will promote and support staff wellbeing for Met Command & Control (MetCC). As a key member of the team, you will work closely with first line managers to improve staff wellbeing, reduce absenteeism and assist staff with attendance management.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in staff wellbeing and will be able to co-ordinate welfare support services. You will also have the opportunity to help design and deliver people strategies while supervising your team.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,118 per annum, which includes allowances totalling £2,841. The basic salary is £34,448, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £36,864. Plus, a location allowance of £1,841 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.
