About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Welfare Lead to join our team in Brent, London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and inclusive primary school that prides itself on providing an outstanding education and fostering student development.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and emotional well-being of students across the school, developing and implementing welfare and medical care plans, administering first aid, and maintaining accurate records.

As a key member of our safeguarding and pastoral teams, you will contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment for all students.

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience in a welfare, pastoral, or medical role within an educational setting, strong knowledge of first aid and medical care plans, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all children.
