Primary Welfare Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Welfare Lead to join our team. As a key member of the school's pastoral team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of students.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the safeguarding and pastoral teams to create a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Significant experience in a welfare, pastoral, or medical role within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of first aid and medical care plans.
  • A deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all children.
