Job Description:

This role involves working closely with UK commercial launch brands to build and lead the delivery of a high-quality commercial capability plan. The goal is to align the plan with overarching Business Unit priorities and UK Commercial goals.

The successful candidate will use internal and external resources to ensure the planning, delivery, and embedding of high-quality capability interventions across multiple commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating as a Capability Partner to the Business Unit Leads of upcoming launch brands
  • Working closely with Health, Value & Access team & Launch/pipeline leads to effectively plan capabilities required for future launches
  • Joint ownership with brand & sales leads of the capability plan
  • Driving excellence in core sales skills by working with existing UK Capability Partners & Capability Managers
  • Engagement with internal resources and third-party suppliers to deliver the best possible learning experience
