This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on commercial launch projects and contribute to the development of a high-quality commercial capability plan. An estimated salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum is associated with this role.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including at UK Leadership Team (up to SVP level) and European/Global level. This involves setting direction, inspiring, and leading others across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of 3rd party suppliers and when to engage with them. You will also need to define and shape best practice through looking both internally and externally to GSK.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading projects across a matrix team
  • Defining strategy and creating/delivering solutions to drive improvement in performance
  • Collaborating with Health, Value & Access team & Launch/pipeline leads
  • Developing and maintaining a basic working knowledge of the therapy areas
