Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £27,100 (GSK HQ) or £25,400 (all other locations) plus a bonus, as well as a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.

Job Description

In this role, you will support the delivery of our global talent programs, working closely with our Early Talent Team to ensure the smooth delivery of these initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting recruitment, selection, development, and tracking of future talent program cohorts and summer students, as well as contributing to the entire lifecycle of our talent programs through attraction, recruitment, development, and offboarding.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related field
