Global Launch Excellence Manager

As a Global Launch Excellence Manager at GSK, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success through the development and implementation of high-quality launch capabilities. This includes working closely with UK commercial launch brands to build and lead delivery of commercial capability plans aligned with Business Unit priorities and UK Commercial goals.
You will use internal and external resources to ensure planning, delivery, and embedding of high-quality capability interventions across multiple commercial roles. Your responsibilities will include operating as a capability partner to business unit leads of upcoming launch brands, proactively creating and delivering capability programs ensuring interventions are in line with strategy and measurable in terms of impact.
Average salary for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum based on location and experience. If you have a proven ability to set direction, inspire and lead others across the business, we encourage you to apply.
