Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Description

The Behaviour Support Assistant will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment for students with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with challenging behaviour and a passion for working with young people.

  • Support students with challenging behaviours in the classroom
  • Provide emotional support and one-to-one interventions
  • Work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment
Key Responsibilities

The Behaviour Support Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting students with challenging behaviours
  • Providing emotional support and one-to-one interventions
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with challenging behaviour
  • A passion for working with young people
  • A proactive personality
