As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support and guidance. Your expertise in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques will enable you to effectively engage with these students and help them achieve their goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual and group support to students displaying challenging behaviour
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students and staff
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to implement effective behaviour management plans
