About this role

This position involves working as a Behavioural Support Specialist in a primary school setting, providing support to class teachers and students who require extra attention during lessons.

The ideal candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and prior experience working with children who require behaviour support. While TeamTeach training is desirable, it is not essential as some training will be provided by the school.

As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting students who require additional assistance in managing their behaviour, helping them to develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom.

You will work closely with the class teachers to develop strategies for supporting individual students, and will use your expertise to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The salary for this position is £85,000 per year, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make a difference in education.
