Behaviour Specialist - SEN We are seeking a behaviour specialist to work as a learning support mentor in an SEN school in Manchester.
This is initially a temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on fit and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Working alongside the class teacher to support students' learning Supporting 1-2 students more closely on a 1:1 basis Accompanying students both in class and during outdoor activities Implement different interventions and strategies to effectively manage behaviour Key Requirements: Experience supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis Excellent behaviour management skills A passion for supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviour Resilience and empathy A flexible and adaptable approach to work If you are interested in this learning support mentor role, or would like some more information, please contact Amy Fitzgerald at Hays Education.
