Teaching Personnel partner schools seek a highly skilled Behavioural Learning Assistant to work closely with our team of experts. The successful candidate will develop and implement behavioural interventions for individuals with various challenges.

Job Overview:

The primary responsibility is to work one-on-one with students, identifying the root causes of their behavioural issues and developing strategies to address them. This involves conducting assessments, creating individualized behaviour plans, and providing ongoing support and monitoring.

In addition to working directly with students, Behavioural Learning Assistants may collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop a comprehensive approach to addressing student behaviour. This includes providing training and support to teachers on effective classroom management techniques, as well as working with parents to help them understand and support their child's behavioural needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create individualized behaviour plansProvide ongoing support and monitoringCollaborate with teachers and parents to develop a comprehensive approach to addressing student behaviour

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, behaviour analysis, or a related field is required. BCaBA or BCBA certification is preferred. The ideal candidate must have experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
