Aspire People is seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Stockport. This role involves working with students who have Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD.

School Details

The school offers bespoke curriculums based on children's' needs and interests, including vocational learning in small groups of no more than 8 pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and engage with students, delivering specifically designed education programmes to suit ability and need.
  • Be confident in your ability to learn and implement behaviour management techniques and be willing to continually reflect and develop new skills.

We offer ongoing support and guidance throughout your education career, with opportunities for permanent employment once you have settled in.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience.
