Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Professional to work with pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour in an outstanding secondary school near Bolton.

This role requires minimal prior experience within a school setting; sports graduates, sports coaches, youth workers, and care professionals are equally encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will provide support to students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, assisting pupils who have been removed from mainstream lessons due to their behaviour.

  • Hours: 8:30am-4pm (term-time only)
  • Salary: £100 per day (dependent on experience)
