Behaviour Support Professional in Primary Education

A highly experienced behaviour specialist is required to work with a primary school in Oldham. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have experience supporting children with SEMH needs in Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils with SEMH needs, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students, collaborating with teachers and staff to develop effective strategies.
- Support the development of skills and abilities in primary-aged children, particularly in areas related to behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience working with children.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, demonstrating expertise in supporting children's educational and emotional needs.
- A proven track record of working with primary-aged children, especially in behaviour and emotional support.
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
