Job Title: Customer Development Director

About the Role:

Radar Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Director to drive the growth of a new branded product range for a globally successful business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building commercial relationships, delivering volume, margin, profit, and distribution objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Commercial Relationships: Create and build commercial relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand growth and deliver business objectives.
  • Brand Distribution: Build brand distribution outside of core retail channels, shaping the growth of the brand in the UK market.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with wholesale partners, driving strategic direct relationships with current and potential end customers.
  • Business Development: Drive new business opportunities, primarily through outbound efforts.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop a multi-channel strategy for the brand, initially in London and beyond.
  • Customer Management: Manage CRM Sales tool to track current and potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of launching a brand into a new market.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of brand activation and associated marketing activities, as well as core sales/customer development.
  • Location: Based in or around London, with a full UK driving licence.
