About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Development Director to elevate our fundraising strategy and help shape the future of our organization. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will lead and deliver a strategic approach to fundraising, in alignment with our organisational needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to grow income from a range of sources, including trusts and grants, individual giving, and philanthropy.
  • Drive the development of a philanthropy programme based on a portfolio of designated funds to support strategic projects and ongoing revenue funding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, and to build and maintain relationships with key donors and partners.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, aligned with our organisational goals and priorities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Senior Management Team on fundraising matters.
